Texio adalah layanan dokumen akademik berbantuan AI yang menghasilkan Model Paper berdasarkan spesifikasi Anda. Model Paper adalah referensi pembelajaran struktural — templat akademik berkualitas tinggi yang dibuat sesuai spesifikasi persis tugas Anda. Model Paper dirancang untuk dipelajari, disesuaikan, dan ditulis ulang dengan kata-kata Anda sendiri. Model Paper bukan karya final untuk diserahkan.

Definisi Model Paper

Texio menghasilkan Model Paper — referensi pembelajaran struktural — bukan karya akademik final untuk diserahkan. Dokumen Anda dirancang untuk membantu Anda memahami cara menyusun karya Anda sendiri: tinjau alur argumentasi, pendekatan sitasi, dan struktur bagian, lalu tulis karya akhir Anda dengan gaya Anda sendiri. Menyerahkan dokumen Texio sebagai karya Anda sendiri akan melanggar kebijakan integritas akademik. Setiap pesanan secara otomatis menyertakan dokumen pengungkapan penggunaan AI.

Tanggung Jawab Pengguna

Dengan menggunakan Texio, Anda setuju untuk menggunakan Model Paper semata-mata sebagai referensi pembelajaran dan tidak menyerahkannya, baik seluruhnya maupun sebagian, sebagai karya akademik orisinal Anda sendiri. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mematuhi kebijakan integritas akademik institusi Anda. Anda harus berusia minimal 18 tahun untuk menggunakan layanan ini.

Secara khusus, sebelum menyerahkan keluaran layanan apa pun, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan — sekurang-kurangnya — hal berikut:

• Verifikasi setiap sitasi terhadap sumber aslinya: pastikan sumbernya ada dan mendukung klaim yang dikutip.
• Ganti penanda [Simulated] atau [Example] apa pun dengan data, hasil, atau bukti Anda sendiri.
• Tulis ulang bagian-bagian dengan gaya Anda sendiri agar argumentasinya mencerminkan posisi ilmiah Anda.
• Tangani butir-butir koreksi manual dalam Laporan Kualitas yang menyertainya (bagian ’Cara menyelesaikan karya’).
• Terapkan persyaratan format dan sitasi institusi Anda, serta lampirkan berkas pengungkapan penggunaan AI bila disyaratkan.

Hak Pembatalan

Berdasarkan hukum perlindungan konsumen Jerman (Fernabsatzgesetz / BGB §356), Anda memiliki hak penarikan diri selama 14 hari untuk layanan digital. Namun, untuk konten digital yang pelaksanaannya telah dimulai dengan persetujuan tegas Anda sebelumnya, hak penarikan diri berakhir begitu pembuatan dokumen oleh AI dimulai. Dengan melanjutkan pembayaran dan mengakui pengungkapan pembatalan, Anda secara tegas menyetujui pelepasan hak penarikan diri 14 hari Anda begitu pembuatan dokumen dimulai. Anda akan diminta mengonfirmasi pengakuan ini sebelum pembayaran diproses.

Kebijakan Pengembalian Dana

Jika dokumen Anda memiliki masalah kualitas signifikan yang berada di luar lingkup tujuan sebuah Model Paper, silakan hubungi dukungan. Setiap kasus ditinjau secara individual. Preferensi subjektif tentang gaya penulisan, ketidaksepakatan mengenai cakupan topik, atau perubahan pikiran setelah pembuatan dimulai bukanlah alasan untuk pengembalian dana.

Pengungkapan AI

Texio menggunakan kecerdasan buatan untuk menghasilkan Model Paper. Setiap pesanan menyertakan dokumen pengungkapan penggunaan AI standar sebagai deliverable. Dokumen ini menjelaskan bagaimana AI digunakan dalam menghasilkan templat struktural Anda dan ditujukan untuk transparansi.

Translation Service

The following terms apply specifically to Texio's Translation service (document translation), in addition to the sections above. For matters concerning the Translation service, this section governs.

AI-Based Translation Process

Texio's Translation service produces translations using an AI-based process. Translations are generated automatically by machine translation and language models; they are not created or reviewed by a human translator as part of the standard service.

No Human Review

The Translation service does not include review of the translated output by a human translator or editor. The delivered document is the direct, unreviewed output of the AI-based process.

Limitation of Liability

Because the Translation service is AI-generated and not human-reviewed, Texio's liability for errors, omissions, mistranslations, or other defects in the translated output is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Texio does not guarantee that the translation is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose, and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the translation without independent verification.

Your Responsibility to Review the Translation

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the translated document before using it for any formal, official, legal, medical, immigration, academic-submission, or other high-stakes purpose. Texio recommends independent review by a qualified human translator before any such use.

Confidentiality and Rights in Uploaded Files

Files you upload for translation are processed solely to generate your translated document and are handled in accordance with Texio's Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you own, or otherwise hold the necessary rights and permissions to upload and have translated, the content you submit.

No Confidential or Personal Data

You must not upload files containing confidential information, trade secrets, or personal data. Compliance with applicable data-protection and confidentiality laws when uploading files is your sole responsibility; Texio does not verify the content of any upload.

Corrections, Refunds & Free Technical Reprocessing

If your translated document has a genuine technical defect (for example, missing text, corrupted output, or a processing error), Texio will provide free technical reprocessing of the affected file at no additional charge. Requests for free technical reprocessing must be submitted within the file retention window (files are automatically deleted 30 days after delivery); Texio cannot reprocess files after they have been deleted. Refund requests are reviewed individually by Texio's team; refunds are not automatic or instant and are issued only where Texio approves the request after review.

Free technical reprocessing does not cover:

• Style or wording preferences that do not reflect a technical error
• Human proofreading or editing of the translated text
• Certified translation (Texio does not provide certified translations)
• Correction of handwriting-recognition errors from handwritten source material
• Perfect reconstruction of text from low-quality or illegible scans
• Manual editing or redrawing of charts, graphs, or diagrams

Layout and Formatting Preservation

Texio makes a best effort to preserve the layout, formatting, and structure of your original document in the translated output. Layout preservation is not guaranteed to be pixel-perfect, and some formatting, page breaks, tables, images, or charts may shift or require manual adjustment, particularly for complex layouts or scanned documents.
