Описание услуги

Texio — это сервис создания академических документов с помощью ИИ, который генерирует Model Paper по вашим спецификациям. Model Paper — это структурный учебный ориентир: качественный академический шаблон, созданный точно по спецификации вашего задания. Он предназначен для изучения, адаптации и переписывания вашими словами. Это не готовая работа для сдачи.

Определение Model Paper

Texio создаёт Model Paper — структурный учебный ориентир, а не готовую академическую работу для сдачи. Ваш документ предназначен для понимания того, как строить собственную работу: изучите ход аргументации, подход к цитированиям и структуру разделов, затем напишите итоговую работу собственным голосом. Сдача документа Texio как собственной работы нарушит политики академической честности. К каждому заказу автоматически прилагается документ о раскрытии использования ИИ.

Обязанности пользователя

Используя Texio, вы соглашаетесь использовать Model Paper исключительно как учебный ориентир и не сдавать её полностью или частично как собственную оригинальную академическую работу. Вы обязаны соблюдать политики академической честности вашего учебного заведения. Для использования сервиса вам должно быть не менее 18 лет.

В частности, перед сдачей любого результата сервиса вы обязаны как минимум выполнить следующее:

• Проверить каждое цитирование по оригиналу источника: подтвердить, что источник существует и подтверждает заявленное утверждение.
• Заменить любые маркеры [Simulated] или [Example] вашими собственными данными, результатами или доказательствами.
• Переписать фрагменты собственным голосом, чтобы аргументация отражала вашу научную позицию.
• Устранить пункты ручной правки из прилагаемого отчёта о качестве (раздел «Как доработать работу»).
• Применить требования вашего учебного заведения к оформлению и цитированию и приложить файл с раскрытием использования ИИ, если это требуется.

Право на отказ

Согласно законодательству Германии о защите прав потребителей (Fernabsatzgesetz / BGB §356) вы имеете 14-дневное право на отказ от цифровых услуг. Однако для цифрового контента, выполнение которого началось с вашего явного предварительного согласия, право на отказ прекращается с момента начала генерации документа ИИ. Производя оплату и подтверждая уведомление об отказе, вы явно соглашаетесь на отказ от 14-дневного права отказа с момента начала генерации документа. Вас попросят подтвердить это согласие до обработки оплаты.

Политика возвратов

Если у вашего документа серьёзные проблемы качества, выходящие за рамки задачи Model Paper, свяжитесь с поддержкой. Каждый случай рассматривается индивидуально. Субъективные предпочтения в стиле письма, разногласия по объёму темы или смена решения после начала генерации не являются основанием для возврата.

Раскрытие использования ИИ

Texio использует искусственный интеллект для создания Model Paper. К каждому заказу прилагается стандартный документ о раскрытии использования ИИ. Этот документ описывает, как ИИ использовался при создании вашего структурного шаблона, и служит целям прозрачности.

Translation Service

The following terms apply specifically to Texio's Translation service (document translation), in addition to the sections above. For matters concerning the Translation service, this section governs.

AI-Based Translation Process

Texio's Translation service produces translations using an AI-based process. Translations are generated automatically by machine translation and language models; they are not created or reviewed by a human translator as part of the standard service.

No Human Review

The Translation service does not include review of the translated output by a human translator or editor. The delivered document is the direct, unreviewed output of the AI-based process.

Limitation of Liability

Because the Translation service is AI-generated and not human-reviewed, Texio's liability for errors, omissions, mistranslations, or other defects in the translated output is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Texio does not guarantee that the translation is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose, and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the translation without independent verification.

Your Responsibility to Review the Translation

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the translated document before using it for any formal, official, legal, medical, immigration, academic-submission, or other high-stakes purpose. Texio recommends independent review by a qualified human translator before any such use.

Confidentiality and Rights in Uploaded Files

Files you upload for translation are processed solely to generate your translated document and are handled in accordance with Texio's Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you own, or otherwise hold the necessary rights and permissions to upload and have translated, the content you submit.

No Confidential or Personal Data

You must not upload files containing confidential information, trade secrets, or personal data. Compliance with applicable data-protection and confidentiality laws when uploading files is your sole responsibility; Texio does not verify the content of any upload.

Corrections, Refunds & Free Technical Reprocessing

If your translated document has a genuine technical defect (for example, missing text, corrupted output, or a processing error), Texio will provide free technical reprocessing of the affected file at no additional charge. Requests for free technical reprocessing must be submitted within the file retention window (files are automatically deleted 30 days after delivery); Texio cannot reprocess files after they have been deleted. Refund requests are reviewed individually by Texio's team; refunds are not automatic or instant and are issued only where Texio approves the request after review.

Free technical reprocessing does not cover:

• Style or wording preferences that do not reflect a technical error
• Human proofreading or editing of the translated text
• Certified translation (Texio does not provide certified translations)
• Correction of handwriting-recognition errors from handwritten source material
• Perfect reconstruction of text from low-quality or illegible scans
• Manual editing or redrawing of charts, graphs, or diagrams

Layout and Formatting Preservation

Texio makes a best effort to preserve the layout, formatting, and structure of your original document in the translated output. Layout preservation is not guaranteed to be pixel-perfect, and some formatting, page breaks, tables, images, or charts may shift or require manual adjustment, particularly for complex layouts or scanned documents.

Настоящие Условия регулируются законодательством Германии. Любые споры подлежат исключительной юрисдикции компетентных судов.
