Texio je z UI podprta storitev za akademske dokumente, ki na podlagi vaših specifikacij ustvari Model Paper. Model Paper je strukturna učna referenca — visokokakovostna akademska predloga, ustvarjena po natančnih specifikacijah vaše naloge. Zasnovana je za preučevanje, prilagajanje in ponovno pisanje z vašimi besedami. Ni dokončana oddaja.

Opredelitev Model Paper

Texio ustvari Model Paper — strukturno učno referenco — ne pa dokončane akademske oddaje. Vaš dokument je zasnovan tako, da vam pomaga razumeti, kako strukturirati lastno delo: preglejte potek argumentacije, pristop k citiranju in strukturo razdelkov, nato pa končno oddajo napišite s svojim lastnim glasom. Oddaja dokumenta Texio kot lastnega dela bi kršila pravila akademske integritete. Vsako naročilo samodejno vključuje dokument z razkritjem uporabe UI.

Odgovornosti uporabnika

Z uporabo Texia se strinjate, da boste Model Paper uporabljali izključno kot učno referenco in da ga ne boste, v celoti ali delno, oddali kot svoje izvirno akademsko delo. Odgovorni ste za skladnost s pravili akademske integritete vaše ustanove. Za uporabo te storitve morate biti stari vsaj 18 let.

Natančneje, pred oddajo katerega koli rezultata storitve ste odgovorni za izvedbo — najmanj — naslednjega:

• Preverite vsak citat glede na izvirni vir: potrdite, da vir obstaja in da podpira navedeno trditev.
• Vse oznake [Simulated] ali [Example] nadomestite s svojimi podatki, rezultati ali dokazi.
• Odlomke prepišite z lastnim glasom, da argumentacija odraža vaše znanstveno stališče.
• Obravnavajte postavke za ročni popravek v priloženem poročilu o kakovosti (razdelek »Kako dokončati nalogo«).

Pravica do odstopa

Po nemškem pravu varstva potrošnikov (Fernabsatzgesetz / BGB §356) imate za digitalne storitve 14-dnevno pravico do odstopa. Vendar pa za digitalne vsebine, katerih izvedba se je začela z vašim izrecnim predhodnim soglasjem, pravica do odstopa preneha, ko se začne generiranje dokumenta z UI. Z nadaljevanjem plačila in potrditvijo razkritja o odstopu izrecno soglašate, da se odpovedujete svoji 14-dnevni pravici do odstopa, ko se začne generiranje dokumenta. Pred obdelavo plačila boste pozvani, da to potrdite.

Politika vračila kupnine

Razkritje uporabe UI

Texio za generiranje Model Papers uporablja umetno inteligenco. Vsako naročilo kot izdelek vključuje standardni dokument z razkritjem uporabe UI. Ta dokument opisuje, kako je bila UI uporabljena pri generiranju vaše strukturne predloge, in je namenjen preglednosti.

Translation Service

The following terms apply specifically to Texio's Translation service (document translation), in addition to the sections above. For matters concerning the Translation service, this section governs.

AI-Based Translation Process

Texio's Translation service produces translations using an AI-based process. Translations are generated automatically by machine translation and language models; they are not created or reviewed by a human translator as part of the standard service.

No Human Review

The Translation service does not include review of the translated output by a human translator or editor. The delivered document is the direct, unreviewed output of the AI-based process.

Limitation of Liability

Because the Translation service is AI-generated and not human-reviewed, Texio's liability for errors, omissions, mistranslations, or other defects in the translated output is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Texio does not guarantee that the translation is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose, and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the translation without independent verification.

Your Responsibility to Review the Translation

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the translated document before using it for any formal, official, legal, medical, immigration, academic-submission, or other high-stakes purpose. Texio recommends independent review by a qualified human translator before any such use.

Confidentiality and Rights in Uploaded Files

Files you upload for translation are processed solely to generate your translated document and are handled in accordance with Texio's Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you own, or otherwise hold the necessary rights and permissions to upload and have translated, the content you submit.

No Confidential or Personal Data

You must not upload files containing confidential information, trade secrets, or personal data. Compliance with applicable data-protection and confidentiality laws when uploading files is your sole responsibility; Texio does not verify the content of any upload.

Corrections, Refunds & Free Technical Reprocessing

If your translated document has a genuine technical defect (for example, missing text, corrupted output, or a processing error), Texio will provide free technical reprocessing of the affected file at no additional charge. Requests for free technical reprocessing must be submitted within the file retention window (files are automatically deleted 30 days after delivery); Texio cannot reprocess files after they have been deleted. Refund requests are reviewed individually by Texio's team; refunds are not automatic or instant and are issued only where Texio approves the request after review.

Free technical reprocessing does not cover:

• Style or wording preferences that do not reflect a technical error
• Human proofreading or editing of the translated text
• Certified translation (Texio does not provide certified translations)
• Correction of handwriting-recognition errors from handwritten source material
• Perfect reconstruction of text from low-quality or illegible scans
• Manual editing or redrawing of charts, graphs, or diagrams

Layout and Formatting Preservation

Texio makes a best effort to preserve the layout, formatting, and structure of your original document in the translated output. Layout preservation is not guaranteed to be pixel-perfect, and some formatting, page breaks, tables, images, or charts may shift or require manual adjustment, particularly for complex layouts or scanned documents.
