How it works

From brief to delivered paper in five steps.

How it works

  1. Initial Brief

Choose your work type, topic, academic level, page count and citation style. This is also where you decide whether to add the optional presentation — an add-on to your paper order. Takes 3–5 minutes — no account required. No topic yet? Brainstorm with the system.

  2. Secure Payment

Pay $5 per page — the cover page, table of contents, and bibliography are included at no extra cost. You only pay for body pages. After successful payment, you receive a one-time link by email to provide your detailed requirements. This link expires after first use.

  3. Detailed Requirements

Use your one-time link to complete a guided six-section form: • Topic • Research plan • Research materials — questionnaire, interviews, findings, and methodology (fields shown depend on your research type) • Advisor or syllabus requirements • Literature and sources — upload PDFs or a BibTeX file • Final plan summary Every field has AI buttons that suggest a starting point or refine the text you have written. You also get an AI research adviser to ask about your plan, and a pre-submit plan check that flags weak spots in your design before writing begins. Takes 10–30 minutes.

  4. AI Generation

A team of specialized AI agents handles every stage of your paper: research, structure, writing, citation verification, polishing, and export. Up to 3 hours.

  5. Paper Delivery

When your paper is ready, you receive an email with secure download links to every deliverable: • Paper — DOCX and PDF • Literature review — DOCX and PDF • Quality report — DOCX and PDF • Citation audit • Evidence table — DOCX and PDF • AI-detection report — DOCX and PDF • AI usage disclosure • Bibliography exports — BibTeX, RIS, JSON If you added the presentation add-on in step 1, the full presentation bundle (slides, speaker script, handout, flashcards and anticipated Q&A) is delivered in the same email alongside the paper. Save the files to your computer right after you receive them: the links remain active for 30 days only, after which all files are permanently deleted from our servers.

The two-step brief

Texio needs a clear picture of your assignment to deliver high-quality output. The brief is structured as a two-step form, with an AI research adviser and a pre-submit plan check available throughout.

What you provide

  • Topic of your paper — or a general direction; the system can help you sharpen it or suggest ideas
  • Research goal, research question(s), or theoretical direction — the system helps you formulate or discover them
  • Page count and minimum number of citations required
  • Lecturer / institution / journal requirements, or any custom adjustments (optional)
  • List of papers that must be cited (optional)

What you receive

  • A precise, academically phrased topic
  • A clearly formulated research goal
  • Sharply phrased research question(s) or theoretical direction
  • A structured paper outline matched to your work type
  • A complete academic paper, generated through AI-agent-based deep research
  • An ordered bibliography in the requested citation style

What the AI-agent team does

Behind every paper, specialized AI agents work in sequence — each handling one part of the academic writing process — while shared agents enforce coherence, factual grounding and academic integrity across the whole output.

  1. Source retrieval

Searches major academic databases for sources directly relevant to your topic and questions.

  2. Literature review

Synthesizes the retrieved sources into an academic literature review, organized by section headings.

  3. Section writing

Drafts each chapter of the paper, integrating citations into the narrative.

  4. Academic style

Adjusts tone, register, and field-specific terminology to match academic standards.

  5. Citation rules

Enforces the requested citation style consistently across the whole paper and bibliography.

  6. Phrasing refinement

Sharpens wording at sentence and paragraph level for clarity and precision.

  7. Consistency check

Verifies coherence between sections, terminology use, and argument flow.

  8. Quality check

Confirms each claim is supported by a real source and that academic standards are met.

  9. Table of contents

Generates a structured table of contents from the final paper.

  10. Bibliography

Produces an ordered bibliography in the requested format.

Throughout the process, shared agents continuously enforce coherence between sections, write quality, factual accuracy, citation correctness, and academic integrity — for example, ensuring every statement is backed by a source.

How we verify every citation

Every citation in your document goes through a two-layer verification process before it appears in the audit report.

Layer 1: Existence Check

Each source is resolved against five major academic databases — using its DOI or PMID when available — to confirm it is a real, published work.

Layer 2: Claim-Support Accuracy

The source content is checked to confirm it actually supports the specific claim being cited — not just that the source exists.

Five academic databases queried:

  • Crossref
  • PubMed
  • Semantic Scholar
  • OpenAlex
  • arXiv

Optional add-on

Did you add a presentation?

If you selected the presentation option in step 1, an additional agent team produces a full presentation bundle once your paper is generated. All deliverables arrive in the same delivery email.

  1. Academic slides

PPTX and PDF — built from your paper's structure, arguments and findings.

  2. Speaker script

What to say on each slide, with estimated timing for the talk.

  3. Printable handout

A one-page summary of the slides — for yourself or for the audience.

  4. Practice flashcards

Question–answer cards for self-rehearsal before the talk.

  5. Anticipated audience Q&A

A list of likely questions with suggested answers.

$3 per slide — flexible slide count.

Model Paper

What you'll receive at the end

Your document is a Model Paper — a high-quality structural template written to the specifications of your assignment. It is designed to be used as a learning reference: study the structure, adapt the arguments, and write your final submission in your own words.

Before submission

Human review is essential

The system checks structure, citations, source support, language quality, and fit to your requirements — but final responsibility remains with the student.

Texio delivers a structured Model Paper together with a set of transparency reports:

  • Quality Report

Chapter-level review ending in a prioritized "How to finish the work" punch-list.

  • Citation Support Audit

Scores how well each source backs the claim it is cited for, with replace-or-revise recommendations.

  • AI-use disclosure

Describes how AI was used in producing your paper.

Model PaperTexio does not produce a deliverable for direct submission. It is built for learning, adaptation, and rewriting in your own voice — not for handing in as-is.

Your responsibility

Before you submit

A few steps remain yours to complete before submission:

  1. Open the Quality Report and work through the "How to finish the paper" list — these are the items that still need human judgment.
  2. Manually verify every citation critical to your argument: open the source and confirm it supports the cited statement. We verify two layers, but the final call on whether the source matches your argument is yours.
  3. Make sure all data, results, and evidence are based on your real research materials, and replace any simulated or example content before submission (most relevant for empirical papers).
  4. Make sure the central argument and thesis reflect your own research position, and revise any part that does not match it.
  5. Apply your course's specific formatting and citation requirements, and attach the AI-disclosure file if your institution requires it.
