One file, one target language, five steps. You pay at step three, after you have seen an exact price.

You upload the document
You pick a file and pick the language to translate into. No payment and no payment details are required at this stage.
The file goes from your browser straight into our storage.
Up to 50 MB per file
The system analyses the document
Document type, subject domain, reading order, where the tables are and where the body text is, which terms recur, and how many words there actually are. If the document is scanned — the scan quality as well.
The analysis is what makes the price exact rather than approximate.
You get a quote — and only then pay
The exact price, the breakdown of the lines it is made of, and an estimated delivery window. If the document is scanned, both lines — conversion and translation — appear in the same quote.
This is the decision point. Nothing has been charged up to here.
The document is translated and checked
The translation is produced, and automated quality checks run after it — terminology consistency, structural completeness, numbers and citations that did not move. What was checked and what was flagged reaches you as a report.
Translation is AI-generated and passes automated quality checks. There is no human step in the process.
The nine files arrive
An email with download links. The files are not sent as attachments — they stay in storage and are reached through a link.

What happens afterwards

Auto-deleted after 14 days — or delete anytime yourself — the file you uploaded, the deliverables and the intermediate analysis are deleted together.
A few days before deletion a reminder email is sent, so you have time to download.
If something in a deliverable is wrong — you can contact us within 14 days of delivery, through the contact form, with your order number.
