Per-word tariff
Marginal bands: each band applies only to the words that fall inside it, exactly like tax brackets. A long document is not re-priced at the lower rate — only its continuation is.
- Words 1–2,000 — $0.0039 per word
- Words 2,001–10,000 — $0.0032 per word
- Words 10,001–30,000 — $0.0026 per word
- Above 30,000 words — $0.0022 per word
Worked example — a 20-page paper, about 8,000 words: the first 2,000 words at $0.0039 = $7.80, plus 6,000 words at $0.0032 = $19.20. Total $27.00.

Per-page tariff — scans and conversions
Marginal bands here too. In a translation order for a scanned document, this page line joins the word line in the same quote.
- Pages 1–10 — $0.39 per page
- Pages 11–30 — $0.29 per page
- Pages 31–100 — $0.22 per page
- Above 100 pages — $0.16 per page
Worked example — a 30-page scanned document: the conversion line is 10 pages at $0.39 plus 20 pages at $0.29 = $9.70, and above it the translation line by the number of words extracted from those pages. Both lines are shown together, before payment.
Modules
- Understanding kit — 20% of the translation subtotal, and never less than $9.
- Presentation — $3 per slide. 5 slides = $15; 12 slides = $36; 40 slides = $120.
Modules are priced separately from the translation and are unaffected by it beyond the percentage calculation. You can order them with a translation, or without one.
Order minimum — $3.90. A one-page document costs $3.90.
Against a professional translator
A professional translator typically charges $0.10–$0.15 per word. A 20-page paper — about 8,000 words — is $800 to $1,200. The same paper through TEXIO Translate: $27.00, and nine files.
Translation is AI-generated and passes automated quality checks. There is no human step in the process.
